5 Year Labor Warranty • Gutter & downspouts will not come loose from your home or building. • Hidden hangers & screws will not sag, bend, or break. • Downspout and elbow connections will remain secure. • Gutters will be pitched properly towards downspout outlet to ensure appropriate drainage and allowing gutter system to purge. • All miters (corners), end caps, elbows, downspout straps, hidden hangers, fasteners, and screws will all be installed tight and secure and will not come undone 10 Year Material Warranty • Metal Warranty: Aluminum, Copper, and Galvalume metal we provide will not rust, corrode, or prematurely oxidize. • Paint Warranty: Baked-on enamel in aluminum gutter systems will not peel, crack, chip, blister, or sun-fade unevenly (darker colors will sun fade slightly quicker than medium or light colors). • Gutter Sealant (caulk) Warranty: Gutters, miters and end caps will not leak for 10 years. Warranty Exclusions: If the gutters & guards are not properly maintained, it will void the warranty provided by Livingston Gutter Inc. See "Gutter Care & Maintenance Responsibilities" Warranties will be voided if the gutter or Gutter Guard system has been adjusted by anyone other than Livingston Gutter Inc.

Gutter Care & Maintenance Responsibilities Open Gutter Systems o Gutters & downspouts need to be cleaned a minimum of once per year. o Downspouts must be flushed to ensure no blockages. o Properties saturated with heavy debris loads need to clean gutters up to 4 times or more per year according to the amount of debris surrounding the structure. o Gutter paint enamel should be gently power washed annually to eliminate streaking caused by debris and petroleum (asphalt) based roofing shingles. Closed Gutter Systems (Gutter Guards Installed) o Interior of gutters and downspouts will not clog with Gutter Guards. o Gutter Guards are often susceptible to debris accumulating on the top of the Gutter Guard. o Property owner must gently sweep or spray off excessive debris accumulation from the surface of the product. • Important Notes: o Ice/snow stops recommended for metal roofs to prevent snow damage to gutter system. o Gutters or Gutter Guards will not prevent ice damming. o Ice dams are the result of heat loss related to insufficient insulation and ventilation. o 6" gutter recommended for roofing systems with vented drip-edge. o If during the installation, excessive wood rot or structural damage is found, the installation will be put on hold until the repairs are completed. o Livingston Gutter Inc. can provide referrals for carpentry contractors.
